INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE We respect each site visitor's right to personal privacy. To that end, any information collected through our Web site is governed by this Privacy Policy. This statement applies solely to information collected on this Web site.

Our Web server does have the ability to automatically recognize the domain name of the organization through whose server visitors browse our site, this data is currently not being examined or analyzed in any way by TWF. Such information, including domain names and number of visits, is being compiled strictly for statistical purposes, in order to measure overall visitor traffic, e.g. 10 324 visits this month. Our Web server does not have the ability to identify individual users.

COOKIES Cookies are small files that are placed on a visitor's computer by the Web site for the purpose of making it easier for the visitor to browse the site. For example, a cookie could specify the visitor's language preference. This Web site does not currently make use of cookies.

VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF INFORMATION In the near future, TWF will be launching a client newsletter (e-zine) on our Web site. In order to receive this newsletter, clients will be required to subscribe. Any information provided during the subscription process will be used by TWF for the sole purpose of delivering the newsletter and any other requested materials to the client, and will not be shared with any third party whatsoever. Certain sections of this Web site are accessible solely to existing clients. In order to access these sections, clients will have been given a user name and password. Other than the information TWF maintains in order to maintain its business relationship with these clients, no additional information will be required.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION No information collected through this Web site is in any way disclosed to a third party. This Web site is hosted on a server located in Canada and is therefore not subject to the United States Homeland Security Act, which would entitle the U.S. Government to seize information about visitors to this site were it hosted in the United States.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES Any changes to this privacy policy will posted directly to this privacy statement. This site may one day be modified to include an updates page; in such an event, reference to the changes in the privacy policy will be posted there.
